3- when the 2026 debt is gone (which this was a chunk of)…there will be no short thesis whatsoever

On May 14, 2024, AMC Entertainment Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) entered into privately negotiated exchange agreements, under which it will issue an aggregate of 23,280,295 shares of the Company’s Class A common stock, par value $0.01 per share (the “Common Stock”) in exchange for $163,850,000 aggregate principal amount of its 10%/12% Cash/PIK Toggle Second Lien Subordinated Notes due 2026 (the “Exchange Transactions”).

The Company may engage in similar transactions in the future but is under no obligation to do so.

Based on the aggregate principal amount exchanged plus $6,872,597 aggregate accrued interest thereon through the relevant date of exchange, the Common Stock issued had an implied value of $7.33 per share.

3 years ago when AA was on Trey Trades Youtube video, AA was wearing nothing but shorts and no one even to today has figured out what AA was saying.

Nobody said its a bad idea to hold for a given period of time. There is nothing wrong with or its smart move to take some profits off the table during any stock run up. I made lots of profit this week daytrading my AMC stock now I am holding (House/Free) AMC shares and some (House/Free) AMC Call options equal to the same number of shares I had before it ran up from $3.33 which was my basis last Thursday. My financial exposure now is all in house/free money in both my AMC shares and my AMC Call options to equal the same number of my AMC shares leverage I held last week. I am now holding AMC Call Options with a $5 strike price for June 21, 2024 giving the AMC monkeys enough time to run up the AMC Call Options Gamma Squeeze if its going to happen in the next month or so. If don't get a Squeeze, I am risking nothing in terms of my own money. That is how to make money along the way and still have the leverage in holding AMC CALL options and AMC stocks for a potential short squeeze scenario. I am not betting the farm that AMC or even GME stocks will be allowed to squeeze by the Wallstreet (criminal PPT) authorities in charge of our trades.

I really hope the AMC and GME stock run into the hundreds/thousands of dollars per share from here because I will be a big winner too. Just being burnt so badly with these AMC and GME stocks for the past 3 years I am not holding my breadth on them running to the moon in a short/Gamma squeeze as many fools have predicted.
