Value Line, Inc., (NASDAQ: VALU) announced today that its Board of
Directors declared on October 18, 2019 a quarterly cash dividend of
$0.20 per common share, payable on November 8, 2019, to
stockholders of record on October 28, 2019. The Company has
9,653,004 shares of common stock outstanding as of October 18,
2019.
