On November 7, 2018, Stephen Ballas, Executive Vice President, General
Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Global Eagle Entertainment Inc. (the Company), submitted his resignation from his positions with the Company in order to accept another employment opportunity. His last day of employment with the
Company will be November 30, 2018.
