. The public offering price per share of Common Stock is $1.60 (or $1.5999 for each Pre-Funded Warrant, which is equal to the public offering price per share of Common Stock to be sold in the offering minus an exercise price of $0.0001 per Pre-Funded Warrant). The Pre-Funded Warrants will be immediately exercisable and may be exercised at any time until exercised in full. The Common Warrants are exercisable immediately subject to registration and expire 5 years after the initial issuance date. The Company expects to use the net proceeds from the offering to help fund recent large orders within the Smart Building Technologies division from customers including: Siemens, Sherwin Williams and Arco Murray and other general corporate purposes.

Aegis Capital Corp. acted as the exclusive placement agent for the offerings. Sichenzia Ross Ference Carmel LLP acted as counsel to the Company for the offerings. Kaufman & Canoles, P.C. acted as counsel to the Placement Agent for the offerings.

Monks, I dunno! Something bothers me about this Company. There are things I have read in PRs here that,,,, well kinda weird.. But I wanna do a full DD on this to make sure as it just might be just plain bad IR. Will post back next week. BTW did you happen to see that property in the D.M. that they wanna build on? As I understand this company it makes stuff to kill harmful bacteria on fresh food sold in the produce section of every supermarket
Or maybe it makes stuff to filter harmful bacteria in buildings
You only so many decades to become the next Micrsoft

This will have a run and a half one day... low floater, projecting high revenue in the years/ months ahead

Anyone else notice that Mr Kochuba had only been an employee here for 1 week and he was the only person with this company named in the biggest deal this company has ever made. Looks 100% like they hired someone that can close the big contracts

Yes Big time revenue coming, and the way I read the latest PR. They will be able to have the Lion's share of this market. We believe this market likely holds an annual sales opportunity in the hundreds of millions of dollars. 45 Million revenue last year should be NORTH of 100 Million dollars this year. Do your own DD
