Just listened to the presentation and Q&A. Couldn't find anything specific that could have triggered the selloff. I agree with you that the perceived promises not delivered is the problem. There were probably quite a few longs who had hoped for confirmation of pending commercial deals.

In this case it's a valuation that is never realized. Its simply a paper financial scheme that is not verified via arraignment of back and forth seed shuffling thru unknown parties. And TXTM ends up the subsidiary that will launder the "so-called" money in the end.
