(Amex(R)) today began trading Morgan Stanley Plus Based on the PHLX
Oil Service Sector Index. Priced at $5 with an initial offer size
of 1.140 million shares, this equity trades under the ticker symbol
OSQ and has a maturation date of October 30, 2006. The notes are
