I think Rev is down because they eliminated housing and retained businesses. That was written prior to this report. Understandable due to those owning homes can't afford due to housing problems and financing. I probably would have done same thing if I were SIRC. If there is no business in the housing arena, why even work in it?

SIRC is up to 12 court cases now. One is against Massey, and one is SIRC verses Contractors.

The other 10 are against SIRC.

Holy cow SIRC is trip zero now? That was a hell of a pump back in late 2020 and early 2021. Good job to those who got out in time. Back in the day with the PRs and the promo you would have thought SIRC was going nationwide. It was too good to be true all along.

Companies need to be able to stand on their own feet, without assistance like this PPP. PPP was another fraud in the making for many.

There were a lot of companies that were dumb enough to take the PPP. Or, they embellished the need requirements, or they falsified information, to get PPP money.

$SIRC Massey update - Good news and Bad news.

I previously mentioned that the other defendant - Laura Mettias - filed a motion to dismiss the counts against her. The judge ruled on the motion about 30 minutes ago.

Bad news - The motion was granted.

Good news - The dismissal was not with prejudice. What this means is that the judge didn't say there was no there there. Rather, the judge just wanted more facts specific to Mettias. So, we have 30 days to amend the complaint to add more specific facts outlining the role Mettias played.

Other Good news - The Order has no effect on the numerous claims made against Massey alone. Instead, the Order only pertains to the PPP loan allegations that involved Mettias. The only claims against MAssey alone still stand unscathed.

Other Good news - As I mentioned in a prior post, we have a default against Massey, and can now move for a default judgment against him. Today's Order has no effect on that.

Summary: The judge wanted more specific facts outlining the role Mettias played in the PPP scheme, and we will provide those additional facts sometime in the next 30 days. This should result in the claims against Mettias being allowed to move forward. Dave is still in Default, and we will pursue a default judgment in due course, as today's Order does not affect that.

Half the outstanding stock is restricted. So that is a question in itself.

I can't see them doing another R/S.

Off the top of my head, I think they are suing him for a Billion Dollars.

Wasn't it said that SIRC'S Attorney could only practice Law in Delaware or in someplace like that.

They had to hire Attorneys in California to Summons Massey.

I believe there were three Attorneys altogether.

Thank God SIRC told us in the last PR that they were Cash Positive.

I assume they are going for a default judgement.

I assume technically Massey could try to convince a court that it should be overturned (either he was not served the summons and complaint properly,
or his dog ate his response to the complaint).

I would also assume as he may not have any assets, or has possibly hid them very well (other people's names, offshore corporations etc), he does not care if there is a judgement against him, as there is nothing to collect from, or they won't be able to find anything to collect from. So why waste $$$ on hiring an attorney to defend himself.

Just my conjecture.
