Before that can be answered we need to reach out to the county permit office and find out the status. I will see if we can get that done next week. Generally when a property is pulled in the COC stage with the same listing broker something has gone wrong. We have a couple of ideas but but we're gonna hold off until we can do some leg work. But the handwriting is on the wall. CEO Josh did not keep his contractual agreement as a corporate employee and he should have fired himself a long time ago. We have stated this before - but when you read the last filing he did, he basically wrote off the stockholders by restating the value of his preferred stock to guarantee he got everything that was left before the stockholders ever had a chance.

Yeah I wondered the same thing. I just don't know? What if the value of the assets is completely submerged in massive debts, and the company has to file bankruptcy? How do we know that isn't happening?

I think back to companies like MCI WorldComm, Enron, General Motors (original stock), Eddie Bauer (original stock), Six Flags (original stock) and so on. Shareholders got absolutely drilled on all of them, and on the last three bankruptcies they just issued new stock and re-emerged, but the original shareholders got crushed. Now these were bigger, well-known companies. What happens with a company like this one here? Maybe it just goes belly up and gets laid out to pasture? I have no idea....we need to hear something one way or the other.

But how can it just vanish when there is so much value in the builds ??? What happens to all the assets....can it really just disappear with no questions from anyone ?? I'm hoping we have some sort of update on how we move forward in a positive way.

I've had a few of these plays completely vanish into thin air. You have to wonder if this company will just go away with a whimper. Pretty crazy.

Thanks....I have being delving into a whole lot of research on this but for now I will say nothing. We will see what happens next as I think the next little while will tell the tail of his plans. I can only hope he does the right thing and not try screw all of us..... very interesting times if he does....

We would curious to know which insider (if any) knew the exact date of the Expert status and dumped 35M shares (only $3000). Let's wait until the end of the month to see if he files the annual.

Doc....do you think we are finished. Will he let it go or will he file the proper paperwork and get it up to date again. What's your take on this...thanks for replying if you have the time too.
