Remain positive. That's the challenge with these micro floaters. They can run hard, both directions, up and down. As far as I'm concerned, this is a super clean shell that would be very easy for a good custodian to takeover, get current. Watch what the price would do then. We saw how fast it ran to .05, and that's nothing with this float being just a few MM shares.Patience is a virtue in the OTC markets.

A group pooled their funds into an LLC. The LLC would buy debt from the scumbag CEO of QASP for deep discounted notes. Standard toxic financing. A good Stink Pink CEO needs to tap a few toxic funding groups.
CEO was pumping BS news every months so the toxic LLC could dump on his pump. CEO buying crazy stuff too.
The story always became bigger. The CEO and Toxic LLC sold an entire A/S twice with a R/S in between.

In the end the Toxic LLC was holding all these unconverted notes snd got screwed by the CEO in that the CEO was issuing himself preferrd shares snd were No shares left in the A/S to convert the LLC guys.
Everyone sueing each other. The head of the toxic LLC had people stalking his home and knocking on his doors.
CEO flys off to the Grand Turks
Senior note holder that held the control through preferrd ultra vote shares. Takes the shell over R/S it and brings it back alive as some pot story GYOG or some shit. Joe Canous, the king of toxic funding.

On the 27th, I tried to run it up above .05, I kept getting small ghost orders on my ask slaps.
I think there are a lot of Orders set below 5k shares not to be seen. Or a bunch of small AON orders just below .05

It’s not as thin as you might think.
If a group of 10 or more guys poured in and each hit with $2k, this would fly above .25
Do a two day attack and set off a frenzie of retail chasing in. Lord only knows how high it could go.
The attack group would kill it back down on their fast exit.

A good attack would create a few MM squeezes. It would need to last over the MMs 48 hours to cover trades.

It would take a few $100k, MMs have $Billions, and unlimited amount of vapor shares.

Agree with you and I recognized the stock's potential some time ago and bought heavily. Problem is time is running out for these stop-sign companies and keep wondering why this is not picked up already.

This micro float trades so thin (on both sides). This has to be one of the cleanest (no debt) shells out there, that used to trade in $$'s. I've said it before and I will say it again, with some of the major custodianship takeovers going insane, if this ever got picked up.... oh boy. With the s/s, no telling how fast this would break $1+ in the blink of an eye.

You can’t use microcaps for margins. It’s not like they are going to give me a next day air, knock at my door with a margin call. I smell a scam in the making with E-turd. And zero customer service to bitch. So I unload in here.

I was up $5k+ at the close Friday and today I wake to a sobering -$1.5k in the Red on Friday’s close.
I see where they dropped 5 of my plays to 0.000
Kind of kills my good feelings when I brag to the wife that sitting on my ass everyday is paying off big for the family.

Haven’t looked at any stocks till tonight.

Low volume stocks are heavily manipulated by MMs.
They have an unlimited amount of air shares they can sell retail buyers.

They all come due one day. I say let them take a stock down. I’m on both sides of all my plays.,
My next buy is .0125
Then .01

I have a few sells above .15

I let my limit orders do my work.
I try not to watch everyday.,

No retail is that stupid to put up an order like that on a low volume R/M play.

A debt free shell trading @ .05, with a market cap of $650k? Any custodianship would be un-contested, and if Ben Berry swooped this up, OMG. He's worked miracles with other shells, no where near as clean as CHBU!

Yes, Synergy update should be out any day now, as we wait for updates on many of their shells. I'm convinced, based upon the almost 1MM share accumulation in February, someone grabbed up what they could before the petition is filed. Time will tell, but with any real vol, this goes > $1 easy.
