IMO, Howes was the on-screen talent with the relationships. Once the line-up is filled, it makes sense that they want someone with operational exec experience to run an operation like this. CBMJ should mention if Howes returned those 3.8M shares he got for signing on since he quit before getting his first monthly paycheck.

Positive news that Flynn is still here. I like how the spun Howse leaving as if it were a pleasant separation, but people don't have their attorney make the declaration, unless there is a dispute of some sort..anyway, glad they put out the PR.

I think that this is going to go up from here. Brannon was kicked out of the Howse. Nice that Flynn took the classy approach but I have to stick with Flynn. He is seriously no joke. Have you guys seen the movie? Pretty amazing stuff.

Well news is out and it looks like Flynn is in and revenues are up substantially. They even reduced thier liabilities.

Glad someone does I will say this about the previous website content,.. It was a bit over the top on world outlook from a Christian perspective. Although I am a believer and agreed with the perspective, I don't think it was practical for what the site will need to be to attract a large constitutional/patriot minded audience or hosts that have those large audiences. There is a niche for those sites, but probably not the direction Flynn or Scheftlein see for patriot.tv. Not sure if that's what the fallout was about, for all I know, it may have been as simple as not getting paid! Hell, not even sure if Flynn is even still around...Maybe Mark pissed them all off?!

We should get some kind of official release on this I would suspect. I am going to bet that he is still very involved and will be buying to catch these lows in anticipation. Once confirmed, then this panic selling will turn to a buying frenzy IMO.

The key is Flynn. I met him, saw the movie, and spoke to him about CBMJ and he was very committed.

That was up and running before he came to patriot.tv. Another problem is that he is a buddy of Jason Lewis (the best show they have) Howse brought him over....So if there is bad blood , I think lewis may bail too?

Most shares are held by CEDE at the broker. So if you have shares deposited at a broker it counts as one shareholder even though it may be hundreds.

Looks like he’s been posting for them for months.

Volume picking up

Charts and technical analysis are all driven by market sentiment, however, there needs to be enough data to make it significant. On these thinly traded stocks, tech charts can easily be skewed by one large buyer or one large seller. And, one large seller does not represent the market, however, it can (and does) shake the weaker shares from traders who just trade tickers without understanding the business behind the ticker.

CBMJ has (IMO) a viable and scalable business model which needs to get exposed to a larger audience. When that happens, the trading will be more stable and chart tech analysis will be more meaningful. Those who have run a business understand it takes time to put things in place, negotiate deals, develop business history and credibility, etc. So long as CBMJ is moving forward, with a real business plan, I'd like to see it play out.

It is said that the market knows everything and everything is priced in, so with that said, if anyone knows something factual that will hinder execution of biz plan, do please share. The biggest fear with these OTC/BB is unscrupulous management who lie, cheat and steal behind the scenes. So far, I have not seen evidence, however, it does not mean it does not exist.

It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see what is happening here. The chart speaks volumes. It's time to admit that we were wrong on this one. Assuming that CBMJ does bounce back from here, it isn't going to happen quickly. Too much technical damage has been done to the stock to expect a quick recovery in price. As for making new highs, we don't see that happening anytime soon, if ever.

Looking at the stock price today, we would have to disagree with you. This stock has gotten clobbered and is now down over 80% from the high of $1.85 reached just 31 trading days ago. It has to be one of the ugliest charts we have ever seen.
