6M new shares where registered in 1Q25 (~10% increase). Not all shares (IMO) were restricted (for disclosed acquisitions of assets and talent) with many used (IMO) to fund operations. These are the shares I believe are being sold in 5k, 10k, 20K blocks into news.

glad to see market finally reacting to good forward news. Hope the influence grows there as our movement starts to pick up grass root support. Hope some of this will be answering questions as to how to get there...IE how do we rid ourselves of the tremendous debt we will inflict on future generations and balance the budget We need programs but not giveaways. The country must be a beacon of strength..solidarity..union.. and democracy. our past should be our future

Just trying to figure out what's going on in their heads since not much is shared with shareholders.

I think they structured the Rucker deal differently after lessons learned from Brannon Howse where they gave him a bunch of shares and when it didnt work out, had to cancel and negotiate them back. With Rucker, the shares are incrementally provided and "vested" (annually) so long as he stays and works with Patriot.TV. Seems more like performance based compensation rather than a large issuance with hope that it works out.

This arrangement appears to be more in line with a startup where in later years, the equity will grow with company. I suspect there is also some salary involved (lower for first three years, and higher thereafter). Whether it goes anywhere, that would be shear speculation. At least they are still trying to get market traction.

Not sure what 220 Enterprises, LP brings (or brought) to the table. Operating capital...??? Anyone have any ideas?

1Q25 disclosure is out - not pretty

- O/S now at 57M
- Paying off debt with shares valued at a penny (which is prob driving price down)
- the precious metal contract they made big deal of, has been canceled
- need more sponsors for Patriottv (no surprise as the public doesn't know it exists)
- on going concern statements throughout

To survive, they should sell airtime to DJT media for videos to supplement Truth Social and X (formally known as Twitter).

CBMJ marketing needs to improve substantially.
