With the stock being up the last several days I am guessing the market doesn't believe we will lose our stock.

The unknown is will we all lose our stock upon restructuring?

Companies like Marvel. Texaco, and others have done very well after Bankruptcy. In fact Apple was very close to filing BK in the late 90's. It's an opportunity to shed a lot of debt. That is the purpose.

No problem, good luck. Bankrupt companies generally don't survive in the long run, from what I've seen. Nor do they pay their bills

I believe you are wrong. Eventually drilling activity will increase and the stock will recover. Not holding for today but for the future. The stock has already taken it's hit.

EPS is -$8 per share and drilling activity has come to a standstill. In typical Ch. 11, shareholders lose everything and this will be no exception. Wrong company, wrong industry, wrong time to be in oil.

Oil up 12% today and DODSQ up 20%. I'll take it.

I believe that longer term the bankruptcy will be good for shareholders.
