Sprint Names Directors for the Great Plains Region

Sprint (NYSE: S) announces Directors for the Great Plains
Region, which is headquartered in Edina, Minnesota. The Great
Plains Region geographic area covers Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska,
North Dakota, and South Dakota. It encompasses over 100
company-owned or Sprint-branded retail stores.
Luke Langer was named Director of Retail Sales for the Great
Plains Region. He is responsible for leading the Retail Sales
channel, with particular focus on assembling a top-notch sales team
and implementing effective sales strategies. His team supports the
full portfolio of Sprint products and services to customers in the
region.
“My 15 years of experience in multiple wireless sales channels
has provided me with an extensive understanding of business,
operational, and industry objectives,” said Luke Langer, Director
of Retail Sales for the Great Plains Region. “My background in
retail allows me to lead with empathy, enthusiasm, and a
customer-centric eye, which has resulted in superior outcomes for
my teams. I look forward to bringing my experience to this role and

Langer is a native of Omaha, Nebraska, and is a graduate of the
University of Nebraska. He has been with Sprint since 2004. During
his tenure with Sprint, he has been a sales representative, sales
manager, and relocated to Minnesota to oversee operations as a
district manager.
Shadi Chakoutahi joins as Director of Indirect Sales for the
Great Plains Region. She is responsible for leading the Indirect
Sales teams, with particular focus on developing and implementing
sales strategies. Her team supports the full portfolio of Sprint
products and services to customers in the region.

During her tenure with Sprint, Chakoutahi has been a sales
manager overseeing the National Retail channel, Indirect Agents,
and the Sprint Prepaid group. Before joining Sprint, Chakoutahi was
a District Sales Manager for Radio Shack.
Tim Solberg was named Director of Business Sales for the Great
Plains Region. He is responsible for leading the Business Sales
team, with particular focus on increasing market share through
talent acquisition, territory development, and outstanding business
relationships. His team supports the full portfolio of Sprint
products and services for business customers in the region.

Before joining Sprint, Solberg spent 13 years in sales at
Verizon Wireless. He served in many leadership roles, including
retail sales, indirect and small business channels.
