CVC Cablevision Systems Corp. Class A

Koch Industries Inc. and Goldman Sachs Group Inc.'s (GS) private-equity arm are near a deal to buy Flint Group from CVC Capital Partners, Bloomberg News reported Monday.

Flint Group's products include printing inks and flexographic plates.

According to the Bloomberg report, the deal price is likely to be more than $3 billion.
