Sky Deutschland's supervisory and executive boards have advised
shareholders not to accept a takeover offer by British Sky
Broadcasting, a week after the EU approved the deal.

Lennar said its fiscal third-quarter profit jumped 47% to $177.8
million, or 78c a share, as higher prices and deliveries drove an
increase in revenue 26% to $2.01 billion. Shares were up 4%

SONY RAISES NET LOSS FORECAST FOR FISCAL YEAR
Sony said it expects to post a much deeper net loss for the
current fiscal year, as it cut the value of its mobile

Elon Musk's space venture could be cleared to launch satellites
for the Pentagon by Dec. 1, a senior U.S. Air Force official said,
