Teleflex to Incorporate the Vidacare EZ-IO® Intraosseous Vascular Access System at SCCM

Teleflex now provides a complete product
offering across the continuum of care for vascular access with its
ARROW® Vascular Access Products and EZ-IO® Devices
Teleflex Incorporated (NYSE: TFX), a leading global provider of
medical devices for critical care and surgery, will be showcasing
ARROW® Vascular Products along with the newly acquired Vidacare
vascular product line at the annual Society of Critical Care
Medicine, January 9-13 in San Francisco, California. Vidacare
produces the EZ-IO® Intraosseous Vascular Access System which
delivers vascular access directly through the bone. With the
acquisition of Vidacare finalized December 2, 2013, Teleflex is
further positioned to offer clinicians the right vascular access
line for the right patient at the right time.
In addition to a full line of Vascular Access solutions,
Teleflex is committed to supporting clinical education. Teleflex,
under the Vidacare brand, will be sponsoring an Advanced Invasive
Procedures Laboratory with cadavers. Clinicians will be learning
the latest in invasive procedural skills translating these skills
directly to patient care.
Teleflex has built its vascular portfolio on the philosophy of
Vessel Health and Preservation® Protocol, striving to provide The

Brand offers a full portfolio of vascular access products,
