SIA-Airbus Joint Venture Gets Gets Regulatory Approvals

SINGAPORE--Singapore Airlines Ltd. (C6L.SG) said Friday its
proposal to form a joint venture with Airbus Group (AIR.FR) to
train pilots has been given the necessary regulatory approvals to
start.
Singapore Airlines owns 45% of the joint-venture company and it
is now considered an associated company of the Singapore Airlines
Group, the airline said in a statement to the Singapore
Exchange.
