On November 9, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time Magnetek, Inc. (“Magnetek” or “the Company”) (NYSE: MAG) will hold its annual meeting of stockholders at its headquarters in Menomonee Falls, Wis. The meeting will be chaired by the Company’s chairman, Mitchell Quain, and following the proceedings, the Company’s president and chief executive officer, Peter McCormick, will present the annual management report to stockholders.
