("Fuling" or the "Company"), a specialized producer and distributor of environmentally-friendly plastic serviceware, with precision manufacturing facilities in both the U.S. and China, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering ("IPO") of 4,000,000 ordinary shares at a price of $5.00 per share. Fuling's ordinary shares are expected to begin trading on the NASDAQ Capital Market on November 4, 2015 under the ticker "FORK".
