Cosi Engages David Lloyd as Consultant

Cosi, Inc. (NASDAQ:  COSI), the fast-casual restaurant company, today announced the engagement of David Lloyd as a financial consultant.   The former CEO/CFO of Bertucci's Lloyd has been engaged to work with management as they transition the corporate office to Boston and set the course for the financial team.  "David is a veteran CFO and will be a tremendous asset as we complete the Boston transition and prepare Cosi for the future" said RJ Dourney, President and CEO of Cosi.  Dourney went on to say "we are building an outstanding team here in Boston and we are confident David will be key to moving Cosi forward".
