Australian Dollar Rises Against Majors

The Australian dollar strengthened against the other major
currencies in the Asian session on Friday.
The Australian dollar rose to an 8-day high of 1.0419 against
the NZ dollar and a 2-day high of 0.9745 against the Canadian
dollar, from yesterday's closing quotes of 1.0388 and 0.9715,
respectively.
Against the U.S. dollar, the yen and the euro, the aussie edged
up to 0.7812, 93.75 and 1.4112 from yesterday's closing quotes of
0.7781, 93.47 and 1.4169, respectively.
If the aussie extends its uptrend, it is likely to find
resistance around 1.05 against the kiwi, 0.99 against the loonie,
0.80 against the greenback, 95.49 against the yen and 1.39 against
the euro.
