Chris Gee and Helen Nowicka have joined the firm as Managing
Directors, Digital Strategy & Content, effective immediately.
Gee joins the firm's U.S. Corporate & Financial Practice and
Nowicka joins the Brand Marketing Practice. Both are based in
New York.
Gee and Nowicka are senior digital strategists with deep
expertise using audience insights, data and analytics to inform
creative content development. They will work closely with
Burson-Marsteller account teams to develop channel-agnostic
communications programs that drive measurable results for
clients.

Gee has more than 20 years of experience in digital strategy and
communication, most recently as Chief Digital Officer at RF|Binder,
where he developed and oversaw the execution of online marketing
and reputation management programs for clients including CVS
Health, edX, The Rockefeller Foundation and Chubb Insurance. Before
that Gee was Managing Director, Social Media and Digital Strategy
at Teneo, where he established the firm's Digital Advisory practice
and counseled executive leaders at clients including Alcoa, First
Data Corporation, Cracker Barrel and The International Olympic
Wrestling Federation. This is Gee's second term with
Burson-Marsteller, having served in digital and creative capacities
from 2006 to 2011. He holds a BFA in Graphic Design from The
University of the Arts.
Nowicka is a seasoned integrated communications professional
with more than 20 years of experience in business development,
content marketing, entrepreneurial innovation, executive counsel
and innovative communications. Most recently, she was Managing
Director, Business Development at Meredith Xcelerated Marketing
(MXM), where she was responsible for new business across social,
mobile and content marketing. Before that, Nowicka was Executive
Vice President, Digital at Porter Novelli where she developed
strategies for clients in the energy, health, media,
telecommunications and consumer packaged goods industries. Before
that Nowicka was with The Red Consultancy in London delivering award-winning programs for
clients including Microsoft, McAfee and Expedia. Earlier in her
career she was a freelance reporter for The Guardian
and The Times in London. She holds a degree in English
from the University of Cambridge.
