AUSTIN, Texas, May 21, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- AdPeople Worldwide
will sponsor a "pop-up" Street Store for the homeless in an effort
to give Austin's less fortunate
a dignified shopping experience. During the event, donations
from the community, such as seasonal adult and children's clothing,
rain gear and tote bags, will be available for customers to choose
from. The event will take place outside of 206 E. 9th Street on
Thursday, May 28, starting at
8 a.m. and ending at 4 p.m., or when all donations have been handed
out.
The idea behind the Street Store was started in Cape Town, South Africa and has now evolved
into a growing initiative and a global movement. Donations
of clean, simple, seasonal clothing in good condition will be
accepted through May 26 at these
drop-off locations.

homeless, while Mobile Loaves & Fishes will serve breakfast and
lunch from its food truck. Donnie Vie, formerly of early '90s band
Enuff Z'nuff, will play music from his latest solo album.
