                               DIRECTORS DEALING                               

The Board of Trust Property Management Group plc (the "Company") received on 24
October 2008, the following notifications from David Glass as a part of a
rearrangement of his shareholdings:-

NOTIFICATION 1

On 24 October 2008, David Glass transferred 229,412 ordinary shares to GHM
Trustees Limited, Barbara Helen Glass and David Glass as trustees for Lakeside
Developments Limited directors' pension fund at a price of 12 pence per share.

NOTIFICATION 2

On 24 October 2008, Barbara Glass transferred 229,412 ordinary shares to GHM
Trustees Limited, Barbara Helen Glass and David Glass as trustees for Lakeside
Developments Limited directors' pension fund at a price of 12 pence per share.

NOTIFICATION 3

On 24 October 2008, Lakeside Development Limited transferred 1,676,431 ordinary
shares to GHM Trustees Limited, Barbara Helen Glass and David Glass as trustees
for Lakeside Developments Limited directors' pension fund at a price of 12
pence per share.

David Glass is a director of the Company and Barbara Helen Glass is David
Glass's spouse.

Subsequent to the transfer Mr Glass's beneficial interests in the issued share
capital of the Company are set out below:-

* Mr Glass no longer has a direct beneficial interest in the issued share
  capital of the Company;
   
* Lakeside Developments Limited (a company owned and controlled by David
  Glass and Barbara Glass, Mr Glass's spouse) has a holding of 5,913,082
  ordinary shares, representing approximately 15.7 per cent. of the issued
  share capital of the Company;
   
* GHM Trustees Limited, Barbara Helen Glass and David Glass as trustees for
  Lakeside Developments Limited directors' pension fund have an interest in
  2,337,255 ordinary shares, representing approximately 6.2 per cent of the
  issued share capital of the Company; and
   
* Barbara Glass, Mr Glass's spouse has an interest in 55 per cent. of the
  share capital of Cyril Freedman Limited, which is interested in 2,562,333
  ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 6.8 per cent. of
  the issued share capital of the Company.
   
The issued share capital of the Company comprises 37,693,748 ordinary shares of
1 pence each.

Director at Lee Baron Commercial Limited; Dr Julian Finegold, co-founder of
Trust Property Management Limited and former business and sales manager at IBM
UK; Larry Lipman, a well-known entrepreneur in the property sector and Trevor
Brown, founder of niche commercial property management company Dexter Brown
Limited, which was acquired by the Company in October 2007.
