I can tell this is going to get interesting if they file, especially if you compare the numbers from last year's annual .If this goes back to Tony,you have to ask yourselves why? However if that is the case I know why and so do y'all lol and it'll get even more interesting from a shareholders perspective

I noticed the Earth Surfaces logo next to CCAJ at the top of this page (see link below). Is that company coming back into play here?

Honestly at this point I would agree with you, but telling the truth I haven't a stand on anything anyone does. I think what has been said, it is about the money, and not yours, or mine.

Seems like CCAJ could easily get back to $.002+ if they would update the website (so it has current information) and give a little hint about what they are doing in the background to bring in some revenue later in 2024! Is that too much to ask?

With a year to go, I was thinking this might be a little early for that. Once you have them, you got them on the other side.

Well another year we hear, but it is amazing buys have been going through the last few days during the last minute or two of trading daily without any trading during the day. Just a little funny.

I agree. Don't really understand their MO. Still insiders have shares and no filings to change their involvement.

Even if they are in a quiet period, seems like they could update their website (or take it offline for awhile). A lot of the info is old and no longer accurate, especially the FAQs and Acquisitions pages.

makes sense. looks like they're putting that plan into action. their last communication about reducing the OS is to the point and a lot less wordy. hope for the best here.

SEC Brenda is telling them to keep the posting to zero till there is solid progress on all filings and not to let the "shorters" have a field day. Remember the scumbags who screwed us before are the ones behind this SEC recommendation.

Same here. Sent 2 emails - Dec and Feb. So far, no reply.

Is anything pending with CCAJ? I liked the OS share cancelation, but what is CCAJ doing regarding any new acquisitions and/or homebuilding?

It would also be nice to see some updates on the website. The Investors page has old FAQ information and the Acquisitions page has the same companies listed, but no updates.

Filing says Daniel Govemile exercised options on Feb 8 2022 and Oct 20 2022, both for 15M shares/options. I don't read where he now owns 15M or 30M.

I see some recent "Corrected Financials" have been uploaded and CCAJ is now "Pink Current" again! Perhaps a sign of progress and will lead to an update on where CCAJ is headed in 2024!

Yes, I agree. HNY! I have a good feeling for the coming year and silence is a good sign with these "pinks".

One positive is this is still trading, or able to be traded. I have some that are bigger with international connections that can't seem to keep their paperwork up to date, and end up on being traded on expert level so basically no trading for us common people. Some positive news would be welcome here when they get finished with their paperwork. Happy New Year.

I read that too. The relators say things are slow because interest rates over 8.3% and insurance rates are also a very huge problem. Co. is mum on what they are currently involved in-so we wait.

Saw this in a news report today: The housing market continues to show signs of life.

Residential housing starts for single family homes soared 18% month over month thanks to a doubling of starts in the northeast region, according to data from the Census Bureau released Tuesday.

“The extreme lack of existing inventory on the market continued to support newbuild demand and construction activity in November," Capital Economics property economist Thomas Ryan wrote.

Are the audits done by the same place (Count the Penny) but a different person since they are listed as Accountant/Auditor?
