Quoram plc announces that all resolutions put to the meeting at today's Annual General Meeting were duly passed.

Resolution 2, which was to propose the reappointment of Brian Marshall as a director, was withdrawn from consideration by the meeting in view of Mr Marshall's prior resignation.
