    Resignation of Director


    Qualceram Shires plc ("Qualceram" or the "Company"), the bathroom products manufacturing company has today, 10 December 2008, announced
that Mr Aidan Clince, has given 12 months notice, in accordance with the terms of his contract of employment, to resign his position as a
director of the Company.

    Mr Clince will continue in his role as a director and company secretary of the Company for the duration of his notice period.

    Commenting on Mr Clince's decision to resign, John O'Loughlin Chief Executive of Qualceram Shires plc said:

    "I would like to thank Aidan for his contribution to Qualceram Shires. His professionalism and dedication has been an added bonus to the
organisation during a time of considerable development for the Group."
