Something is bound to happen. We have seen the most volume this stock has ever had since its creation.

In their 10k on march31 they stated that they want to acquire a profit making company that wants to go public in exchange for them going public not with any money

I'm surprised the stock took such a beating today. I know that many see an R/S and flee, but it's only 1 for 150. Thats nothing like most reverse splits that totally wipe out existing shareholders. I really don't think this is too bad. I added today...

Uh, that's because this is currently a shell. Waiting until they do a merger.

Seems to me someone knows something is coming and is willing to add at the ask to secure a position. Then on the other end - someone else is clueless - and after holding for a long time with no action is willing to sell at the bid for a small gain and moving on. Just a guess. $DPSM

During the year ended July 31, 2020, Barbara McIntyre Bauman, the Company’s President, Secretary and Treasurer,
paid expenses on behalf of the Company totaling $3,960 to revive the Company’s operations. During the year ended July
31, 2020, the Company issued 1,000 shares of Series A Preferred Stock to Barbara McIntyre Bauman for repayment of
this related party debt totaling $3,960.
As of July 31, 2020, the Company had due to related party payables totaling $18,655.

Exactly this is not a sit on bid ticker. Most of Arcaro’s stuff move quick and bid. The ship will sail. You slap the ask, then add more on the dips when given. That’s how these work.
