Medic Vision (ASX/AIM: MVH) is pleased to announce that the Company's Annual 
Financial Report for the year ended 30 June 2009 (the "Annual Financial Report") 
together with a Notice of AGM have today been released via RNS. A hardcopy of 
the Annual Financial Report is being sent to those shareholders who have 
previously elected to receive a hardcopy of the Annual Financial Report and a 
Notice of AGM is being posted to all shareholders. 
Both the Annual Financial Report and the Notice of AGM will be available for 
viewing or download from the Company's website at www.medicvision.com.au. 
The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 191 Burgundy Street, 
Heidelberg, VIC 3084, Australia on 7 December 2009 at 3.00pm (EDST).
