In accordance with the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and
Transparency Rules, the Company has received notification that Ellis
Stockbrokers Limited holds an interest in 7,833,334 ordinary shares of 0.125p
each of the Company (with an equal amount of voting rights), representing
approximately 16.2 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.


The issued share capital of the Company is 48,333,333 ordinary shares 
of 0.125p each.
