WH Ireland Limited has today resigned as Nominated Adviser and Broker to Conival 
Plc with immediate effect. 
 
 
Pursuant to the AIM Rules, if a replacement Nominated Adviser is not appointed 
within one month the Exchange may cancel the admission of the Company's 
securities with effect from 7:00 am on 6 March 2009.
