                      ("Brinkley Mining" or the "Company") 
                            Substantial Shareholding 
 
Brinkley Mining was informed on 4 November 2010 that on 3 November 2010 Eurogold 
Limited ("Eurogold") acquired 500,000 Brinkley Mining ordinary shares of 0.15p 
each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 1.5p per 
Ordinary Share and on 5 November 2010 that on that day it also acquired an 
additional 250,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.15p at 1.5p per Ordinary Share. 
Accordingly, Eurogold is interested in aggregate in 157,400,000 Ordinary Shares 
representing 44.17 per cent. of the Company's total voting rights. Peter 
Gunzburg, Chairman of the Company, is also Chairman of Eurogold.
