Oslo City Court decides in favour of the Norwegian State in legal action brought against it by Solveig Gas Norway AS (the Company)

We refer to Solveig Gas Norway AS' stock exchange notice dated 27 January 2014 in which the Company announced that it had issued a writ of summons against the Norwegian State, represented by the Ministry of Petroleum and Energy (MPE), as a result of the MPE's decision to amend the Gassled tariff regulations.

Oslo tingrett (Oslo City Court) today issued its decision in the legal action brought jointly against the MPE by Solveig Gas Norway AS, Njord Gas Infrastructure AS, Silex Gas Norway AS and Infragas Norge AS. The Court has decided in favour of the Norwegian State and the decision (in Norwegian) is available at http://www.domstol.no/otir. An unofficial English translation will be made available on the Company's restricted website on or about 30(th) September.

Solveig Gas Norway and the three other plaintiffs have six weeks in which to decide whether or not to appeal this decision and will make a public announcement when this decision is made.
