The only thing Ken has done is move companies (websites) that he created under other companies that he created because he has been unable to find buyers for these companies. It’s moving of entities from one balance sheet to another. Was there an actual monetary or equity component to any of these transactions?There has been no liquidity exchanged at all for there as far as I can tell. To me it is smoke and mirrors. Flat and simple. Toss in a few LOIs and mix in a couple celebrity names and you think you have a viable business.

$3.679M market cap says it all.

I would love to be proven wrong as I own a ton of shares. But this is how I see things until proven otherwise. Other than rolling up companies he created into other companies he created and signing a few LOIs, none of which have come to fruition, can somebody please tell me something substantive about this business model that does not rely on pipe dreams. Savvy and experienced investors would love to know.

They haven’t signed on anybody. That is a misrepresentation in my opinion. They have signed a few LOIs but that is far from signing on anyone. In fact their first LOI’s to acquire five trade show companies were done on November 14, 2023. That was six months ago and we have heard nothing since that PR. They can’t even close one trade show deal six months after making their intentions known. And given the fact that the other LOI to have MJLink purchased fell apart and was withdrawn makes me very skeptical they will ever actually execute anything.

There is no actual proof of any substantive progress that has been made that is in my opinion despite the efforts of some here to show otherwise. LOIs do not mean a darned thing.

All three TBI Company Initiatives to go public, have been steadily moving forward this past year, with MjLink being
re-acquired by Decentral Life and the Joint Venture between $INQD, $WDLF, and MjLink.

The TBI Company Outdoorsmen, completed the Roll-Up of all Sports TBI Clients last year, which means that it's not
just HuntPost going through a Liquidity Event, but all of them. So right there they have already over
delivered on their mission, and timeline for the other TBI Liquidity Events being added
to the balance sheet as soon as Outdoorsmen is officially Public.

Very well spoken. The LOIs are a very big piece of this. I just don't understand how investors can't see how LOIs mean quite literally nothing until they are actually executed. I could sign an LOI to purchase a Lamborghini and 500 acres of land. That doesn't mean that I have the capital or the capability otherwise to do so. LOIs are not legally binding contracts.

The way I see it, KT is using those LOIs to dupe investors into thinking that the company has more operating capital than they actually do as well as to make it look like the company is experiencing growth. If there was any intentionality behind those LOIs, at least ONE of them would have been converted into a contract and executed by now.

So sad , but so true , NOTHING ! Ken has delivered absolutely NOTHING !

None that I recall. They had one LOI in place for MJLink then it was withdrawn. Then Ken brought it back under the WDLF umbrella before the partnership with Box Car’s company. They’ve had LOI’s out there for Outdoorsmen.com to acquire 7 expo companies for months. Nothing has come to fruition. And they were talking about adding dozens of these expo companies and they cannot even close one of them. That is why any “progress” noted of WDLF I ignore as they have not been able to complete any of them.

Does anyone know/remember if Ken ever executed any LOI?

So WDLF rolling MJLink under the WDLF umbrella is a big deal? I don’t think so. To me it is evidence that they could not bring it to a liquidity event on its own merit that Ken has been saying they would for the past three years. And Ken said they were days away from accomplishing liquidity events on more than once occasion. Secondly, Ken created MJLink. So he rolled a company under another company he created. He has total control of all these entities because he created them. Seems a bit smoke and mirrors-esque to me.

Let’s not forget Ken created all the niche companies that rolled up under Outdoorsmen.com too (they look like cut and paste websites to me). Take a look for yourself and let us know what you think of the content. I personally think it is a stretch to consider rolling these up under Outdoorsmen.com as liquidity events. Where and what was the liquidity? Show me the money! Or were these just paper transactions. And now we will never know since he filed the form 15 which removes reporting requirements. Again Ken was involved with creating all these websites as far as I can tell. And none of them were able to reach liquidity events on their own so they rolled under another one of Ken’s companies. Hmmmmm. Interesting.

Ken always positioned WDLF as a company that would take other companies public. Is there one company in his portfolio of companies that were actually created and brought to the table by an external person or entity? I don’t believe so but am open to hearing about those.

As far as progress is concerned…for me we really don’t know how they are progressing outside of what Ken has told us. LOI’s have not been executed to this day. LOI’s mean nothing to me until they are actually executed. It is easy to hide behind LOI announcements. We have no evidence of companies that WDLF is trying to help tokenize either that Ken and Leslie talked about in their podcast series.

I would love to be wrong here but this is how I see things. We are entitled to our own opinions. Do your homework and DD and may the force be with you.

Technically, IMO, Ken has proved the viability of the company over the past 3 years with ZERO dilution. While he hasn't been able to close on any liquidity events, he's kept everything afloat with enough revenues to pay the bills. My point remains though...with good news, I see this taking off very fast and very high.

Agreed...seems like you can buy or sell at .0005 all the shares you want...if patient enough. So few shares trading at 4 or 6 to make flipping worthwhile (not my style, but many only trade that way). We get good news, I don't think anyone is really prepared to how fast and how far this moves up. I can only imagine the thousands of eyes that have been in, out, and around this stock over the past 4 years waiting for Ken to prove the viability of the company.

Just for fun, and for anyone thinking this dude has any investing acumen... He claims to be 100% confident in his investment in WDLF. On his profile, he also says this in 2017: "I see 12ReTech leading the industry with it's Technology and having the potential of being a $5 to $7 stock by mid next year."

Not only did the stock come nowhere NEAR $5-$7 a year later, their SEC registration was revoked and the stock was delisted.

It’s doubtful if Ken will ever file again now that there is that lawsuit which is going to blow this share selling promotion wide open. In my opinion he has a decent lawyer or is following the good advice of counsel that told him to STFU and not say or do another thing while the lawsuit examines every inch of this share selling machine.
