GPTI Merges with TMTM

Green Processing Technologies and TMTM Merger Co. (Pink Sheets:
TMGR) announce that on May 7, 2010, a change of control was
completed whereby over 13 million shares were purchased by Green
Processing Technologies, Inc., a Nevada corporation. The Company
has approved and will effectuate a name change to Green Processing
Technologies, Inc. (Delaware) and a reverse split on a 1 for 50
basis. Green Processing Technologies, Inc. (Nevada) concurrently
has entered into a Share Exchange Agreement whereby simultaneously
with the issuance of 45 million shares (post reverse) for 100% of
Green Processing Technologies, Inc. (Nevada) the 13 million shares
(pre-reverse split) of TMTM Merger Co. will be retired to treasury.
It is expected that this transaction will be completed within three
to six weeks on a delayed basis, due to the FINRA name change and
reverse split implementation process. The new name will be Green
Processing Technologies, Inc. in Delaware. Green Processing
Technologies, Inc. (Nevada) may operate as a wholly owned
subsidiary or may be merged into its new parent company.
