Dec 23 Q out....a couple interesting notes in the filing:
On February 16, 2024, the Company submitted a new provisional patent application to the USPTO covering new active pharmaceutical ingredients. The registration change has yet to be updated and still remains showing being registered to the former patent holder. The additional information with respect to this new filing will be made available in the near future once official registrations have been properly updated.

On December 16, 2022, the Company announced it has applied for name and symbol change to reflect its new name of ALZEX NEUROPHARMA INC. and is awaiting final approval from FINRA of its Corporate Action

So yo think ALZEX NEUROPHARMA INC has been shelved and the shell is going a different direction now.,
Alzex is a South Korean pharma company. Pharma is a time suck.
I'm not sure they care for the Chinese. But business is business.

I've been thinking, most of these China plays are waiting on the election.

Yes the big money wants to kill off the entire r/m sector because they cannot gain the control over the share structure.

With TKVR I think there is a connection between this company and Byte-dance the parent company and owner of tick-tock except I have not found it yet. There may be a plan afoot to send it to EM purgatory, it would be in the 'expert market' and fat cats can buy all the shares up then bring it back current.

Byte-dance is a conglomerate with about 16 friggin arms going everywhere...

I'm going to have to dive into that one tonight.
Is that what caused all the drama in IGPK and them prematurely changing their name with the SOS and OTCIQ locked them out thus landing in Limited. They re-renamed back with the SOS to gain OTCIQ a access. Grace period is ip on the 15th or it's EM purgatory for them. I think they will get back Current.,
They have gotten pissy with the name changes. Used to be habitual R/S shells.
They really want to kill off the entire R/M sector.

Since the change in FINRA format with the 15-C-2-11, reverse mergers have been back burnered in hopes the new companies coming forward will go through the private placement process whereby only those allowed to partake in the expert market can participate and the company can go public through the more traditional process of going public.
Companies registered in Connecticut are almost impossible to go through the reverse merger process however those registered in Nevada (like this one) take about a year.
No professionals will invest serious money in this until the name change and symbol change are complete.

They were looking for $10m 6+months year ago.
I'm sure it had to be in some type of offering.
Especially with this float.
I've seen nothing till now.

I'm waiting to see what they offer up in each filing.
Symbol name change doesn't do much for me.
I want trial updates.

You never know when a Gilead or Pfizer comes in and buys the entire thing.
That's why I hold.

The float is nothing. Market cap on the float alone is $80k.

With 450k, $20 is only $9m.

It's always been a lotto ticket to me. And no matter where I buy now, it lowers my average. I got that going for me.

So long as the dreams turn into a wet dream.

Pharma plays take patience. SOBs need to say something. Or give the shell back to Synergy. I'd slap that wide spread at the close but already way over my comfort zone for a penny stock.
I got another synergy shell like this that make up 95% of my over all loss. BD&CM do something!
This float is insane if news hits

Looks like those .20s are gone.
I wish I got more now. My average sure could use em.

There might be a few ghost .20s left between the spread.

It's why the spread is so insane.
I wish the bottom drops out.
.06 would be a dream event.

If he tries to dump or dilute, this will be the buy of the OTC.
Any news will be refreshing. I just don't expect any. Pharma plays are like this. One big long time suck. But the rewards can be phenomenal.
