They keep the 0.15 dividend in their Balance Sheet.

Dividends payable 10,303,789

Even though they don't mention anyting about it in the 10-Q.I think they will pay it as soon as SHDEW pays them.

An investigation of SHDEW by the local government according to the latest 10-Q.
Apparently the information that somebody had known and drove the price so low.
Obviously an over reaction with a capital O.

They just need to clarify how much money they received from SHDEW:

At some places they say

The Company received dividends from SHDEW of $16,472,315 in 2021

And at others:

A dividend from SHDEW of $33,109,692 was received in the first two quarters of 2021.

Either somebody knows something bad that not many know and tries to get out as quickly as possible at crazy prices or somebody is in a harry or forced to sell at whatever price.

Yes.Perfect.Without doubt one of the cheapest stocks in the world at the monment despite giving a gift of $21Million to their chairman.
Perhaps deserved cause it seems it was his idea and initiative that led to the investment in the cosmetics company, even though probably the money was split between the board members.
Just hoping it doesn't become a habit.

Remembered this ticker randomly and checked in on how it was doing. I owned this probably 10 years ago when it was hot. It sank to pennies with no volume for several years and I assumed the company was dead. I put an order in the sell at .30 and it actually hit after 3 years. I can’t believe they have actual revenue and current ratio above 1.0. This looks like a great investment on paper. I don’t know how much I trust that paper though. Good luck to all

SRRE NT-10K, interesting info in it. NOTE:2017 net income $0.91 per share

Net revenues are expected to have decreased approximately 70% for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2018 as compared to the prior year. However, the increase in equity income from affiliates will more than offset the decline in net revenues. As a result, net income is expected to have increased in the fiscal year ended December 31, 2018 compared to 2017.

that's strange...might be a bookkeeping issue with your brokerage perhaps? I mean, they can't take a divvy away.
