Outstanding shares as of 12/31/2023 were 3,154,061,005. At .0015 gives a market cap of 4.7 million. The company is not worth 4.7 dollars never mind 4.7 million.. Kate is issuing 600 million new shares per year so the OS now could be 3.5 billion. This company and this stock are worthless. Kate is completely useless and has been lying to investors for many many years. She makes money by printing and selling shares. If you read back a few years ago...when she was CEO of GEGI, you will see that a group of mining investors went to Columbia to meet with her about her plans for the mine. She lied to their faces. They sold all the stock they had and moved on. Don't believe a word she says or prints.

Guys, there's a reason the stock is at 0.0007 cents.. We get it. We're up over 16% today on 100,000 volume. That means someone bought 70 dollars worth of shares and moved the stock over 16%. Trying buying 70 dollars worth of AAPL and see how much you move the stock.
If it happens.. By the time you realize QEDN is legit, it will be too late. The stock price will be too high. As long as QEDN does not do any reverse splits, I believe we have a chance to go 0.0012 to 0.0015 by end of year.

This is her 4th attempt to have the report accepted by OTCM.

She lost just over a million.

Kate released another 2023 yearly report. She added Due Diligence regarding Nestle. It's all projections. She basically need 25 million from Nestle. Currently, QEDN makes under 1million and has 5 full-time employees and 7 part-time.
I don't think there's been any stock traded in the last two market days...

Guys, I know it's hard to believe anything Kate says for those of you that have been here for years. You can go through the ihub threads and re-live it. I believe QEDN will show a revenue in 2024. It won't be near the projected 50mil 2023 or 100mil for 2024. However, I think we will see 5 million. And I believe the stock price will reach .0015 to .0018 by end of 2024. It will pull back because of people that bought in at .0001. We need to flush out people that have bought under .0004.
If I'm wrong and there is still no viable revenue by end of 2024 for QEDN... I don't see QEDN surviving much past 2025.... The only way, would be if Kate starts doing these massive reverse stock splits. And then promptly diluting the hell out of QEDN shares.

She just makes up stories about having orders.

The only thing that matters is revenue. If Kate gets a purchase order of any size, she should announce it along with the value. So far, what she claims she has in hand must be miniscule.

I wish Tom Nelson would have spoke on behalf of Kate. I went through old threads of QEDN, I've never heard mention of naked shorting. And I don't know if it's as easy as calling your broker and telling them not to allow shorting of your shares. I'm more worried about the amount of outstanding shares than fail to deliver shorting. And the fact that we're still in the R&D phase with NESTLE sort of tells you the size of the PO orders.

People who use the daily short numbers don't bother to understand those numbers OR how the short interest in a stock is derived. Btw, Kate referenced naked shorting. Naked shorting isn't shown by the daily short numbers.
