This quarters 10Q was rough: Flip to a net loss of -$281K with reduced sales.

Luvu Brands Inc. to me is quite an undervalued OTC QB stock. With the PE currently sitting at 4.82, MRQ Price to Book is below 3.0 at 2.09, and 50% of shares are held by insiders. It has rising revenue, more equity than debt, assets exceed liabilities, and is profitable. Simply Wall Street gives it a “Fair Value” of 0.17 and marks it undervalued by 45.5%. Alpha Spread calculates the intrinsic base value at 0.34 and rates it undervalued by 70%. On top of all that, there is no dilution……yep, no dilution.

LUVU has been in a long steady decline. I am interested in buying at this price (10 - 13 cents) , the company is actually profitable. How will a recession affect them I dont know, but they have maintained profitability thru the latest quarter. Not the most liquid but that's ok, it gets liquid when it needs to be

This stock has been a complete shit show and management doesn't seem to care about shareholders. A grand total of 5,000 shares traded today at 16 cents, so pathetic. I wish they would finally sell and retire.

Interesting, but at this point a rumor until that is confirmed.
If that is in fact true, I hope the company has some interest regarding a buyout offer. This company is so undervalued and could be an excellent acquisition candidate

I heard Louis Friedman (CEO) is retiring soon. I think a new CEO will help prop up the stock price.

Preliminary fiscal 2021 net sales are 25% ahead of prior fiscal year

ATLANTA, GA / ACCESSWIRE / July 15, 2021 / Luvu Brands, Inc., (OTCQB:LUVU), a designer, manufacturer and marketer of a portfolio of consumer lifestyle brands, today announced that preliminary unaudited net sales for the three months ended June 30, 2021 were approximately $5.9 million (or approximately 7% higher) than the $5.5 million recorded in the same period of 2020. Included in the prior year three months ended June 30, 2020 results were $780,000 in sales of PPE products. Excluding the non-recurring PPE sales, the comparable quarter-to-quarter increase was approximately 25%. For the twelve months ended June 30, 2021, preliminary net sales were a record $23.1 million, an increase of approximately 25% from the $18.4 million reported for the prior fiscal year.

this company is selling at 4 PE... show me another company that has that PE and i will buy it also. very undervalued company per the earnings per share, look for this to go higher. i expect 30 cents shortly. good luck to all longs.

wow, this spiked to 28 cents and back a few days ago and not a single soul even posting here, amazing. Personally I would only buy if it falls to 12 cent range, even though its now have the recent high which would normally be a potential buy for me, I dont like basing that on a spike. But I like what they're doing for sure.

cleared my position today on this spike. Sure it could keep going, but I would rather remove risk and buy back at lower prices if it falls back, very simple. especially if the market tanks, this will have a hard time holding up.

well remember, always do as the insiders do, and right now, especially in this parabolic market where insiders are indeed selling, they are not selling, tells you what you need to know. So I would stck with the swing plan as i am doing, we are due for a spike down, I have picked up some but rather waiting for a better opportunity around a dime and below for larger quantities, if it comes, no guarantee.

i don't trust management here anymore.... the CEO has been there forever and seems lackluster.....i might buy back in for a swing trade if it has a big red day

Nice trading! I was surprised to see it gapping UP this morning. Back out the 1-time gain, and the bottom line was disappointing considering the revenue growth imo

Well I sold out of all my LUVU as high as .19, I see it back to .14 cent range where I will start to accumulate if it allows me to in smaller amounts.

Well make sure you have powder for a quick spike down as this has been consistently doing. I have orders down to the 6 cent range just in case, you never know. The lower the price, the larger the order you should have.

It actually looks like it might hold support levels..

wow that near end of the day spike down and up on Thursday was yet another gift, you could only participate if you were live watching it or had GTC orders in to capture it, the latter which was my situation, Absolutely fantastic, glad I had prepared, this stock definitely has those spikes and you MUST be setup to take advantage of them. Already have orders to sell at .16+ if and when we get there.

i found a "youtuber" who recommended LUVU the day before the pop. I put quotes around that cause he only has 7k subs and the video only got 7k views.

Looks like we might get really lucky here guys for those that discovered it before...

I think they converted those cheap options yesterday so they could sell. Why not take advantage of the huge move up on no news. Plenty of volume to sell too. I'm guessing we'll see more Form 4 filings in the coming days about how they've sold. Who can blame them...I'd do the same thing if I had a bunch of shares in the .01's.

Per Form 4s released, I see that 3 management folks converted shares at .0125, basically free shares, but they did not sell them, yet. I suspect they believe the company is worth a lot more and won't be selling at these prices. Maybe need to be a bit more patient and wait for the right pop, I mean its market cap is still only 11 million, let me contemplate this, sometimes when something is held down undervalued for a period of time, you can brainwash yourself to think its actually not worth much more b/c one could have bought cheap shares for so long and it's not like there is any hidden info here, its a furniture company. Hmm.

Same I sold half my position today. Honestly though fair value based on current valuation for me is somewhere between .15-.20.. It was laughable LUVU was trading in the 0.08s for so long.

Absolutely fantastic, all of these pennies have their day in the sun, I am taking some profits on maybe 60% of my position as I dont trust spikes like this without news, if it collapses towards 10 cents or below, then I start accumulating, but I refuse to just look and see profits disappear.

Looks like a diamond in the rough to me. You’re right it’s very difficult to find OTC stocks that are actually growing revenues, not diluting (or keeping it minimal) and let alone making a profit

I spent several hours using the OTC stock screener and literally looked at 100’s of stocks priced at .10 or below that fit that criteria

Literally I found 2 stocks out of 100 and this was one of them

This stock seems ridiculously undervalued AND under the radar given the amount of sales the company is doing... not to mention that it has been making a profit recently!

Found this stock through OTC markets stock screener. Quite honestly I am looking for high quality businesses that are ridiculously undervalued and this one seems to fit the bill.

ALP* was one that I started buying at .04 and that one was ridiculously undervalued too. This one could be the next dollar runner and potential NASDAQ up list long term from my DD so far

Surprised not more people are talking about this. Better add a position here next week before the crowd finds out and pushes this much higher

200,000 shares were added to the Outstanding count from last 10 Q report on and today jumped from 73.45 million to 73.65 million.

Does not matter, we are back to trading in the 0.08s. I really don't get the smash the bid selling on this one.

For example yesterday 35,000 shares were traded at 0.095 . Then 15 minutes later someone sells 13,000 shares at 0.078. Why? that is a 20+% discount

Who ever did that is just throwing $200 away.

maybe its manipulation to keep the stock price down to load up on shares... idk

interesting find, he is the owner of PowerUp Lending which is the toxic lender in a number of my penny stocks. How he came to own LUVU must be thru lending, but that totally goes against his model for the lending piece. Interesting, I 'd have to go back and look at the filings to see how he got involved but the fact that he is holding is a miracle to me.

Thanks nice summary! Agreed it's hard to believe this one is available below .10. With their strong growth and healthy bottom line profitability. Especially in such a frothy market where total garbage stocks are doubling in a day on no news.
