Can you please explain what we are gearing up for? I've held some shares here for many years and occasionally stop here just to check. Pretty much written it off but hoping I get lucky.

There's definitely a change of some sort coming. It depends on the substance of it to decide whether it'll attract attention.

Maybe it's Read's subtle way of telling shareholders that he doesn't expect his new business to make money.

It's not as common as .com certainly, but it's still used by many companies. Moreso, non-profits, etc.

But there's no effect on EVSV, being a public company.

A look into the new director, Reno J Calabrigo, might give an indication of where Read may be taking the company.

It gives the company a market cap of $245,815, which is pretty much shell value.

It'll be interesting to see what Read's plans are for the ticker and whether anything from Trina's businesses will be kept, dissolved or sold.

Ya never know. There's always a chance that any news from a previously silent company could generate a run if it attracts the attention of pumpers.

I'll be watching from the sidelines, as always.

What I found interesting is that the company's operations haven't changed on page 9.

And the TA was awarded a promissory note to cover a debt for services to the tune of $44,130.

during previous 30 days of trading

According to revenues reported, they're still doing business in pest control. Showing an increase from $182,127 for 9 months to $261,116 for the full year.

Is there anything to this last stock blip up or are some folks trying to sucker prople into buying at this level in order to sell there own position in this stock. As a long time usual here only thing anyone can do is GUESS, EVSV has been nothing but an all time investment looser. MOO for decades.

There's no reason to get excited here until the sp can get to $.012.

It's been at this level numerous times over the past year alone and with the same or more volume than you're seeing now.

getmoreshares, I am surprised that EVSV has not fallen to the trip again by now. Not hearing from this CEO on what has been really going on with EVSV’S investments etc by now is also not a good sign as well. Same old same old here. I tried contacting this CEO a number of times through different methods and got no results. I have not been a shareholder here for a very long time,

expect some tax sells. will it go to trips?

New current low today, and still this CEO has nothing to say to his shareholder’s over the last 28 plus months about EVSV’s future of which seems to get more questionable as the months and years past by.

wonder if its still in probate-- there has been enough time to have completed any claims.

That's a mystery I can't explain. Given the circumstances, you'd think people would be trying to get out. Yet, the stock rebounded off $.005. Go figure.

It must be hard to do pest control in Florida with their trucks and equipment stored in a facility in Canada.

The Company leases its office located at 126 Simcoe St., Unit 2706 Toronto, Ontario, Canada, M5H4E9. The Two pest
control trucks and termite equipment is stored at this location.

As to salaries, I remember a previous discussion on that so I went back and checked the numbers in the reports. Odd findings, to say the least.

In Q1 salary was reported as $12,136. Annualized, that's $48,544. Enough for one fairly well-paid employee or two not so well-paid employees
In Q2 salary was reported as $29,241. Annualized, that's $58,482. Did someone get a raise?
In Q3 salary was reported as $58,330. Annualized, that's $77,773. Did someone get hired? The one employee already makes $48,544 so a second employee would be making $29,299.

as far as whats reported-- only revs are from pest control- and that is minimal. salary looks like one guy working.

They're Current Info so there's no fear of going to the Expert Market. No one has any idea what's going on with the company anymore.

What's happening here? They have to file to not be regulated to expert markets if I'm not mistaken. Seems that MJ operations in a few different states might be paying off by now.
