Omg give me a break. They haven’t even put up filings, gone pink, or posted updates yet. How would an RS be helpful. Its a micro float with a real share value of .44. And literally every single merger play tends to go the same way. It’s going to shoot way up from here before anything like an RS could be suggested, and companies don’t do RS’s for stocks at .2-.4 c.

A lot of these RM plays don't necessarily end bad with a low RS. I would hold through one. Let's not assume anything as the SS is already micro small. BEES

Based on the DD it's a pretty good risk vs reward IMO. If the ss does not change and the merger happens, with the company I think it will, then that is at least $18.6M USD company, and the current market cap is only $1.8M. Also, crypto tickers are heating up again.

Keep in mind that the 'registered capital' in this case 129M Chinese yuan, is how much the company was incorporated with, not necessarily what it's worth now, could be worth much more than that now.

On the flip side, the risk is potential r/s. When World Financial Holding Group did the BYIN merger in 2014 I believe, the o/s on the shell was only 26M and there was still a 100:1 r/s. Doesn't mean that will happen here, but just from their past history is a possibility, though a foolish one.

Tough call, but could certainly turn out well.

I've done a little bit of research into this now, this is what I speculate is happening based on my DD......of course I could be wrong so do your on DD as well.

YanPing Sheng is the Chairman of The Board for World Financial Holding Group, WFHG acquires US OTC shells to be used in RM's with Asian companies wanting to go public in the US. They have done a couple already(DFHL, BYIN) and are working on a few others(KRFG, MNGG).

BEES will be used in an RM with Every Family Have Company LLC aka (Jiajia Co., Ltd) a Taiwanese FinTech/Crypto/Blockchain company, founded in 2013 with a registered capital of 129M yuan(about $18.6M USD).

Overall, I think this potential merging company looks good and interesting, biggest question for me at this point, is what the capitalization is going to be post RM/acquisition. If you look at the previous mergers that WFHG did (DFHL(99K o/s), BYIN (260K o/s) they have extremely low outstanding shares, to the point of almost being untradable. This doesn't need a r/s...but...for whatever reason they seem to like very, very low o/s, once they do complete their RM's, so it's a bit of a risk IMO.

I believe the selling is from people who bought much higher from the recent Twitter promotion. They came and went and their followers are selling for a loss. I am buying everything they are selling as these are the same prices I was buying all year before the name change hit. Great prices IMO

Another leg will come on next action by the merging company. Could be weeks or months ... But I'll take another 400% for some patience
