The activity of the stock is really curious..
Still the stock price stays between $0.008 and $0.010 !!

Another run up will be coming soon... or maybe some news about CSOL !!
It will certainly run up to $0.20 again, after if no news, no activity no clue !

The stock is going up with a higher than average volume !
Still some hours to go, the previous rally started like this !

Meanwhile it went much higher.. it even seems it can go much higher.
Look the chart, and also the volume !!! Since 11 january the volume is much higher, almost a month like this now.

No clue how high it will go.. maybe even $2 or so.
On technical analysis impossible to know how high, even not applicable.
One good news and this shots big time up... but who knows !

I don't know the answer but I would imagine it's traders front running the recent actions to clean up the shell and adding a new CEO. Presumably it implies a reverse merger or some other maneuver and CSOL being back in play. Whether it's real or another scam remains to be seen, but either way the stock could go much higher just from momentum.

On June 25, 2019 the Board of Directors and the majority shareholder of the Company approved a (and filed the
corresponding “Articles of Amendment” with the State of Nevada on August 7, 2019) one hundred (100) to one (1)
reverse stock split in which any fractional shares shall be rounded up and any shareholders who will own less than
one (1) share following the reverse stock split will be paid in cash for that fractional share instead of being rounded
up to one (1) share and will no longer be a shareholder of the Company.

CSOL just spit out multiple years of company SEC filings. Looks like they are trying to get the stop sign dropped

I am sure they are going to do a press release soon with the shell. I always try to put myself in the shoes of the ppl in charge. We do not know what is goin in, we do not know the plan for financing, and we do not know if they are going to dilute anything. At this point it is just speculation. At the end of the day who cares what the guys drive as long as they do the job they are supposed to do! Hopefully we will have more info next week!

This thing ran to .04 twice and .15 once - if they’d PR what they intend to do with this shell, it’d pop to at least a dime! Then an RS would potentially generate some serious coin. Honestly, I had hopes for this one. 56m shares is a goldmine of a OS for an OTC stock, and with Dibiase owning 40m, that’s only a16m float! My goodness, with the right promo campaign they could run this to a dollar w/o the split.

Here is the line that concerns me:
“The Board believes the Reverse Stock Split is necessary and advisable in order for the Company to maintain the Company’s financing and capital raising ability.”

Underline “financing and capital raising ability.” that’s code for “We’re gonna reduce the number of shares and then dilute the Bejesus out of this, so we can pay the rent on our overpriced condos and Mercedes’.”

Hope I’m wrong, but so far I haven’t seen these guys do anything right yet, except buying this old shell.

Positive vibes, anything going into this bad boy is better than nothing! Still excited to hear more. Also redomicile is good for taxe arbitrage! No income tax means more money for investments, employee retention, and increased opportunity costs you know there will be a nice rally as information comes out.

Company has no assets right now as soon as they put assets into it I’m sure price will go higher. Doubtful company is selling right now, lot of shares out there floating around.
