I was interested in this stock, but it literally looks like a dilution train. What would be the motivation to invest in this? Week over week, I see a lot of fluctuation with the SP (is this all P&D or MM's?). I have not dug into trades or the business aspect of this one yet. With such constant dilution, it doesn't appear to be worth delving into.

I used to work in the recruitment business. The competition is fierce. They realized that it is easier to sell shares than place candidates.
