I am probably going to hold until OTC receives reverse filings - interesti8ng that nothing has show up yet. Is the merger still even a go?

Agree with you. The lack of updating the otc filings is a biggie. Ignoring shareholders, another biggie. Pathetic.

It’s been over a month since the PR. stated a merger and yet the new owners have not addressed the shareholders in a letter nor even updated Otc markets to reflect a change of ownership.
They are off to a great start.
My guess is this is another off shore company looking to do business here and whips up a corporation as a new entity. If it works they make money. If not the parent isn’t affected. So far I can’t find info anywhere that they are selling products in this country. Let’s hope we have better communication at some point than the previous entity.
Problem I see is Hestia brought them in and they seem incapable of anything. Also, one of the Bhpa people is part of Hestia. So it’s some kind of three ring circus as usual. Until proven otherwise.

Who knows… the AS was just updated today on a lot of the scraper/scanners… so that’s probably why the whacks even though the AS raise has been in filings for a while

Volume coming in now. Wondery why the OTC hasn't received a filing for the reverse merger. Maybe when this comes we will see greater demand.

The action last few days makes me think someone still wants shares. That big wall ( 1m shares or so) last week got taken out quickly … hopefully a big pop once impatient peeps are out… with this SS it could run huge if they want it to… hoping for a big chase soon

Expecting a nice pop this week as the reverse merger unfolds, especially noting the 7 mil in revenue with the new company. At a 1 x market cap could see a 3x plus from current level. We shall see.

OTC still not updated with this reverse merger. And stock continues to erode. When is the new company going to update shareholders and file their filings. Losing faith.

The Penny’s are worse than ever right now. Most money down here is in crypto.

How about the new company putting out some news, sharing their plans, publishing their balance sheet, revenue records, profitability etc. Otherwise Bhpa could easily just slip slide away. Investors hear what to know what’s going on.

Things are different in the OTC since Sept 21. Between the new law and crypto currently receiving the average person gambling dollar the OTC has become more of a show me exchange rather then the speculative market it used to be.

If the new company has 7.1m in revenue, and that’s what’s listed on their profile, I would think a market cap of 1x sales would be reasonable - 7.1m. Current market cap is just under 3.5m. Based on this I would think a current price of .02 to be reasonable - about 2x Fridays close.
