if they still have shell status, they would not be eligible for solicited quoting so some MMs will show 10K and not true size, they remain pink as long as they continue to file timely

I’ve investigated creating Az Canadian LLC snd family trust up there to get a Canadian tax number. 89% taxes is now with it. Or what ever socialist rate they have now.,

Real companies don’t want to go public in this environment. They want to sit on their cash and not expand. Keep the employees they have employed. Biden has killed this sector. It’s why all the R/M candidates are coming from overseas.
