BDCM(.05)...bought some shares, management change......

Picked up some shares of BDCM here at 5 cents. I sold most of my previous position on the nice spike/move it had last year, but the risk/reward now around this price area does look somewhat interesting to me again. The change in management following the end of the third quarter has gone largely unnoticed, and the annual report is approaching. Just have a gut feeling this one has a chance at another one of those types of moves at some point (assuming they maintain their filing obligations, of course).

Not sure what they are planning to do here, but I am assuming/guessing there will be merger/acquisition activity or a change in business direction. New CEO Chao Lu appears to be associated with one or more China-based investment firms which are involved in financings, IPOs, venture capital, incubation, etc.

That is some kind of crazy mistake, LOL.

Unfortunately so do I.

Mine were 6 months old limit orders. No alerts.

I was ironing cloths all day for my trip.
I was watch a Tucker Carlson pod cast when my first sell order hit.
No time to think. Killed 4 higher ones ASAP thinking this was going to $1+.
Wish I let em trigger.

I was able to kill the other orders.

True, we are getting paid for out patience, but our patience did not cause the move today or the big buys (at least 2 separate buys of $50k or more).

Someone with big money knows something that makes it worth their while to move a stock 700%.

Control block is always restricted to certain degree, no one Ever starts selling the control block

Unrestricted 9.2m @ the Bid of .022 is a MC of $202k. On the Adk @.03 is $275k


300m of the 309,200,000 O/S is held by the CEO of the 500m A/S. He's restricted till March. That's what I'm waiting on.


DTCC says they only hold 6.9m shares. That's the true number of shares in the tradable pool

So @ the Bid dump price we have a $152k MC and $207 MC on the Ask side.


Is this the bottom? I'm beyond torn about buying more. My average sucks. Banking my potential tax loss into another year. Yippi!
