I had 3.1 million shares before the split. So now I'm left with 120,000 shares post split. How many shares does everyone else hold?

What price do you think the stock opens up at when the new company takes over. Since the New company is making money already it should be valued higher. Based on the info I found, Premier made $6.1 million last year. So multiply that by 10 for a private company and you would get a share price of around $2.00. Companies that go public are usually valued higher so could be $3 to $5. That's my guess anyway. Most every other Private charter company that went public opened at around $9. But granted those companies probably had higher revs to start with. We'll find out.

I agree, theres no more converts they've been all canceled or bought out by the new Co. This should move pretty easy, the cap structure isnt a mess, and the new Co. is already making money (top line rev) not net net. They did the RS almost a year ago i believe, putting the old shareholders a cost basis around a buck or so. Also Len the old idiot CEO can only sell 3% of the daily vol, and that stands for any insider. Time will tell..have a good night

I think we still have a very good chance at a grant. ABML was awarded 57 million today. They are still OTCQB listed with a Share Structure very similar to ours. A little over 644 million Oustanding shares. They will be announcing FOA- 0002680 soon. We also have the chance that St George's filed and named us primary award recipient. I believe this is why this company was formed. Lots of similarities and connected people. The only thing that makes sense. If they didn't file for one of these grants. Then what the hell are they doing.

I was reading through the Application Submission/Requirements for Grant FOA 0002680. One of the grants expected to announce award notifications this month. It stated that a Foreign Entity can submit an application through a subsidiary in the U.S.. And can name the U.S. company as prime recipient of the grant and work together on it. Could St Georges have filed for this grant on ATAO behalf? Maybe that is why the CEO has been so silent? Just waiting? Minimum $4 million award. Maximum $6 million. When ABML recieved a grant for $4.5 million in February of 2021 the stock price spiked to $4 to $5. St. Georges had also recieved a grant from the Canadian government back in July of 2021. Way to many similarities and connected people to dismiss it.

They usually award Grants 3 to 6 months after closing date. Which brings the awards for these two grants somewhere around the 1st of the year. You can google and verify all of this. Check out the links in my last post. If you have done your DD on ATAO then you know that this company is the most setup company to potentially be awarded something from one or both of these two grants. 70% of all the shares are owned by insiders. Paul Pelosi Jr. owns more than 6 million shares. If they announce a grant award this stock spikes and all the insiders get rich. And if you own shares now you will too. Just sayin.

What is very intruiging to me is the fact that the company is so incredibly silent, Yet they keep everthing up to date with OTCQB and SEC filings. They have to be waiting for something. That's the only logical answer. Yea constant downward pressure everywhere. Company needs to kick it into gear here.……people like active communications especially in otc at the moment.
