This week marks the beginning of a cross-cultural culinary journey for 26 chefs chosen to participate in ARAMARK�s 12th Annual International Guest Chef Exchange. In mid-October, 13 chefs from ARAMARK accounts in the United States will spend time with hosts in other countries for the second leg of the globe-trotting exchange. All 26 chefs will convene at two invitation-only Culinary Showcases � one at the Pennsylvania Convention Center in Philadelphia, steps from ARAMARK�s world headquarters, and the other in Brussels, Belgium � to demonstrate the world-class culinary experiences awaiting ARAMARK customers, clients and potential clients all over the world.
