Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On April 13, 2023, ViewRay, Inc. (“ViewRay” or the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its preliminary financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2023 and updated fiscal Year 2023 financial guidance. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
