Through the year ending December 31, 2022, Vicinity Motor expects to complete deliveries of over 95 Vicinity™ Classic buses, 75 Vicinity
Lightning™ EV buses and chassis, 200 VMC 1200 EV trucks, and 300 Vicinity Optimal EVs to drive year end revenues of over $140 million. FY
2022 Adjusted EBITDA is expected to be over $10 million with significant potential upside.
The Company expects to deliver over 130 Vicinity™ Classic buses during 2021. Consistent with other manufacturing and transportation
companies, Vicinity Motor continues to experience temporary delays from some suppliers and shipping companies which has delayed over 20

This is just now the time to start buying this stock. It already has a revenue stream. lots of great contacts and a future in the EV industry with lots of contracts in Canada and the U.S. What am I missing? Big factory in Seattle, great work force and a customer base. I live here-there is alot of green Microsoft money here and the Companies partnerships are game changing. This is the home of Microsoft...I bet there will not be a "chip" shortage for our EV PRODUCTION...Bo JMO

Not a Penny Stock.

I told an investment friend that I was going to sell all my SBE warrants (I'll get back in after the PIPE and current shareholder lockup 6 months after merger) and take 1/3rd and go into BUSXF.

He said "It's a penny stock," only because it's OTC. I just said, well, if you think that, then don't put your money in it. Or do some DD and then see what you think.

Haven't filled the entire order yet, but over half way there.

3 trade channels have developed based on yesterdays action. With this being in the EV sector now and growing public awareness, I have a hard time believing that we will follow in the horizontal channel for much longer.

Only 3 factors that I have found could potentially explain yesterdays horizontal trading.
1. PR firm is paid in shares
2. Execs are paid in shares
3. Profit taking from being up 90% since the new channel began.

For those that bought shares yesterday in the first hour of trading, such as myself, I am still seeing a bullish pattern based on yesterdays action with plenty of upside potential near future to get us back into the previous trading zones. High probability of a gap up near term putting us into the +3$ range

Looks like $5+ stock easy

This is an electric vehicle company that is on a roll and in the process of being discovered by the broader market, as today's volume indicates. I like that they have vehicles on the road, big orders for more and only 80 million shares.


Grande West Provides Update on Current Vicinity(TM) Deliveries

VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESSWIRE / January 4, 2021 / Grande West Transportation Group Inc. (TSXV:BUS)(OTCQX:BUSXF)(FRA:6LG) ("Grande West" or the "Company"), a Canadian manufacturer of mid-sized multi-purpose transit vehicles for sale in Canada and the United States, is reporting on the current deliveries in the fourth quarter of 2020 and early first quarter of 2021.

In the third quarter Management Discussion and Analysis, the Company promised to provide a corporate update on expected deliveries. As previously disclosed, the Company has orders to deliver over $40 million before the second half of 2021. This is a very positive step towards regaining profitability and increased liquidity after the negative results of the pandemic.

The Company has started delivery of a large order of over 90 buses. The original target, set in the Summer of 2020, was to deliver these buses before year end. Approximately 75% of these buses are in the process of being delivered, but the vast majority will be delivered in the first quarter of 2021 due to COVID related slowdowns at the manufacturing plant and difficulties securing transportation for the buses. The remaining 25% of this order will also be delivered during the first quarter of 2021. All other orders expected for delivery before the second half of 2021 are on track.

The Company is also expecting the first electric buses, the Vicinity LightningT, to be completed and ready to promote to customers in early 2021. Our first delivery to customers for EV buses is scheduled for 2021.

Additionally, the Company advises that it has come to its attention that it inadvertently did not press release the DSUs initially granted under its DSU Plan in 2019. Accordingly, the Company advises that during 2019, it had issued 108,403 DSUs to its Eligible Directors who had elected to receive their respective directors' remuneration for 2019 in DSUs. These DSUs were reported in the quarterly financial statements filed on SEDAR.
