Item 8.01. Other Events On October 15, 2024, NextPlat Corp (the โCompanyโ) settled its ongoing lawsuit with Mr. Thomas Seifert, the Companyโs former Chief Financial Officer. Under the terms of the settlement, the Company agreed to pay to Mr. Seifert $150,000 and to reimburse him for legal costs in the amount of $600,000.
